What motivates you to be a therapist?
My motivation to become a therapist stem from a desire to ensure you receive the best possible care and support. Life can be busy, and prioritising our own well-being can be challenging. Therapy may seem like a big step, but once taken, it can have a profound impact on your life.
How would you describe your personality in three words?
Calm, caring and positive.
What can clients expect from an initial session with you?
During the initial session, you’ll be in a calm, confidential, and caring environment. You’ll be listened to without judgement, giving you the chance to disclose any worries or issues you’d like to bring up.
How would you describe your approach to therapy?
My approach to therapy is humanistic, empowering you to take ownership of your life and gain more self-awareness. This approach works towards personal growth and fulfilment.
What do you hope clients take away from their session(s) with you?
Therapy provides valuable insights into self-awareness and personal growth, equipping you to navigate life and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. By completing this journey, you’ll gain a better insight into your well-being and the tools you’ll gain from therapy will enable you to put them into practice when required in life.
