Now.. That's TV..
What motivates you to be a therapist?
My motivation is rooted in a caring and genuine desire to to help you. Having had quite a colourful life life myself, I deeply understand the struggles and complexities we all face. I find true fulfilment in sitting with you and watching you recognise your own inherent strength and capability. It’s a privilege be alongside a person on that journey of self-discovery.
How would you describe your approach to therapy?
I practice a pluralistic approach because I firmly believe that one size does not fit all when it comes to healing. My sessions are thoughtful and tailored, integrating different methods based on your unique needs. You are the expert in your own life and my role is to kindly, non-judgmentally support you in choosing the path that feels most authentic and right for you.
How do you as a therapist stay motivated?
I stay motivated by the incredible resilience I witness in my clients. Seeing a person move from feeling stuck to finding their footing is a powerful reminder of what’s possible.
What do you hope clients take away from their sessions with you?
Above all, I hope you take away the profound truth that you are never alone and that any problem can be shared. My deepest hope is that you leave with the reinforced belief that you are the professional in your own life, equipped with the knowledge and power to navigate your challenges. That inner confidence is everything.
