Our Support Groups

All our support groups are running in a 12 week workshop format, each session will be an hour and a half, with ongoing peer support during and after those 12 weeks.

All our groups include:

• Guidance - benefit from valuable insights, practical tips, coping strategies, relaxation techniques, communication skills, information to help you navigate life with confidence.

• Self-care practises - this can help with alleviating symptoms, promote overall wellbeing, and improve your quality of life.

• Guest Speakers - benefit from guest speakers such as dental experts, nurses, nutritionists, counsellors, osteopaths, meditation & mindfulness experts etc.

The cost is £15 per session (or £150 for 12 sessions when paid in one go, or £55 per month when paid in 3 parts).
